5 Year Limited Warranty

All Ionizer products carry a full five (5) year warranty to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use from date of purchase. In the event of malfunction or failure of this product, contact your dealer.

If the malfunction or failure is a result of defects covered by warranty, Clearwater will repair the product or replace it and return it to the purchaser. After the five years, a small labor and parts charge will occur.

The warranty is limited to the original retail purchaser and is not transferable. This warranty does not cover damage due to accidents, abuse, tampering, misuse, fire, lightening damage, power surge, flooding, or any catastrophic acts of God.

This warranty does not include electrodes, which are subject to normal wear and must be replaced periodically. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear on cable connections and wiring outside the control box which may be subject to corrosion after several years.

This warranty is limited to repair or replacement and does not include consequential damage or installation expenses and is in lieu of any and all other warranties, either expressed or implied.
