The electric powerbrush connection is "direct connect" at the canister, removing the need for an exterior wire connection, and it too rotates 360° for maximum convenience.

The S514 Solaris Electro Plus DC is equipped with Miele's revolutionary "direct connect (DC) system." With an electric hose, Telescopic wand and Miele's mid-size powerbrush (SEB217), this vacuum cleaner provides the consistent agitation needed to separate carpet fibers and to effectively remove dirt and debris.
